Nampa Recreation Center: 140,000 square
ft. facility with a large indoor climbing wall, 3 collegiate size basketball
courts, 6 racquetball courts, indoor running track, 5 swimming pools,
spa and a variety of rooms with special activities. Convention Special,

Shopping: The Nampa Area offers a wide
variety-of shopping opportunities including: Historic Downtown Nampa,
containing over 60 unique shops and restaurants, Karcher Mall featuring
65 fabulous shops & restaurants including the Bon Marche, and Boise
Towne Square featuring over 150 stores including Dillard's, J C Penney,
Eddie Bauer and Mervyn's and the Boise Factory Outlet Mall featuring
over 30 stores.

Performing Arts & Entertainment: The
Treasure Valley is home to a variety of artistic performing groups including:
the Nampa Community Theater Festival, Boise Philharmonic, Ballet Idaho,
Boise Master Chorale, Opera Idaho, Northwest Nazarene College Performing
Arts Department, Albertson College of Idaho Performing Arts Department,
Boise State University Performing Arts Department, Idaho Shakespeare Festival,
Idaho Theatre for Youth and Idaho Dance Theatre. The Treasure Valley is
also home to five large event centers that bring in national touring acts.
These are Nampa's Idaho Center and Civic Center and Boise's Bank of America
Center, BSU Pavilion, and the Morrison Center for the Performing Arts.
Past artists have included Eric Clapton, Yanni, Cats, B J Thomas, The
Sound of Music and hundreds of other national touring acts.
Note: Many of the Treasure Valley's performing
arts groups are available for your convention entertainment. The Civic
Center staff will assist with entertainment arrangements if you desire.
